Video Questions
What if I have my own Video Production
We would be happy to host your video. Your video production has to be approved for content and quality before we can air the video. We are striving for a high quality video service for our viewers.
Video playback takes high volumes of bandwidth playback. This cost is part of the product pricing. If you would like us to air your pre-produced video production, your video production will be priced at the half the rate of our basic video production rate to cover these costs.
We do offer all video production through our in house production facility.
Video Upload
For vendors that wish to upload their video, please note there is a 10mb file size limitation, along with a 320x240 aspect ratio restriction.
If you need a video file loaded that is bigger, this can be customized in your advertising package.
Video Playback
If you are having video playback difficulties, please make sure you have the latest Flash plugin installed correctly in your internet browser.
Availability Calendar
How do I setup my Calendar
To add your calendar to your listing, first login to your account. Click on the Avail Calendar button at the top of your account control panel home. Once logged into your account, select HTML Search Code. Customize your calendar by following the directions. Select generate search code. The next page will allow you to copy and paste the code for your website, but first you can activate your calendar on your listing.
How do I access my Calendar
Log in to your account. You will see your Avail calendar at the top of your account home. Simply click on the button to activate the account, then continue to log in. Please see SETUP MY CALENDAR for more information.

Advertising Sign Up
How do I sign up?
Please click on the advertise menu option on the top of the website header.
You must register for an account, then you can select your desired level of advertising. The advertising rates reflect discounts when you purchase for a longer duration.
Access Leads
How do I access my Leads?
Login to your account, and access your leads by clicking on your listing, and then select manage account - your leads list will show up in the list of tools.
Television Advertising
Does my commercial air on TV?
We have a local TV show available for vendors to advertise on. We recommend it for the greatest exposure that you can get from WeddingsToday.tv - Local cable is going to get your business out to the masses.
How much does it cost?
Television advertising on local cable, and on our specialized target marketing show, is more affordable than you think. There are over 30,000 weddings a year in Colorado, and more than a million cable subscribers. For less than $17 to as much as $150 a spot, you can reach these viewers. The airtime is defined by marketing zones. And discounted for the entire region.
